The Miami-Dade state attorney may have to pull some serious strings to get her son off the hook this time. Evan Rundle, 22, son of state attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle, was found intoxicated in a Shell gas station on S. Dixie Hwy attempting to hot wire a car. According to a story by local10.com, Rundle began yelling and banging his head against the window once inside the police car. There was no denying who he was especially after he began repeatedly screaming "Do you know who you are dealing with?" at security cameras.

This is not Rundles first brush with the law. He was arrested in Key West in 2004 for having a fake I.D. and in 2001for stealing sneakers out of a Mast Academy in Key Biscayne. Marijuana was also found in the car at the time. He was sentenced to probation and community service.
